The knowledge of inline pump

Internal turbine twirls that makes water ascend and internal pressure get smaller, then barometric pressure lets water get into turbine. In fact that also is water pump, it always put in the pipeline, so it is also called inline pump.

The characteristics of inline pump

Inline pump is a novelty pump for pressurizing transmission and solving too low pipeline pressure, it has much superiority than present horizontal centrifugal pump. Inline pump has the following advantages:

1.Compact structure, integrated motor and pump and small  volume. Vertical structure contributes to small occupation space for installation, smooth operation, and installation with no need of adjustment.

2. The import and export design of pump is like flange and they are in the same center line, it can be installed on the pipeline directly, its low center is convenient for arrangement and installment.

3. Pump and motor share a common shaft for short axial dimensions, making it work more smoothly and little noise.

4. It has dispensed with the conventional shaft seal to avoid leakage of medium, so it is completely leak-tight.

2. The inline pump is suitable for high temperature pressurization cycle industry like heating, boiler. Its using temperature is below 80 degree.

3. The inline pump is suitable for corrosive medium in industry like food, pharmacy, liquor-making and chemical engineering. Its using temperature is below 80 degree.

4. The inline pump is suitable for conveying non-corrosive liquid, type 1 equipment with methane and coal mine and degree ⅡA, ⅡB factories, the other industrial places with explosive mixture whose temperature groups are T1, T2, T3, T4. Its using temperature is below 80 degree.

5. The inline pump is suitable for corrosive liquid like chemical engineering, pharmacy, gas, food and national defense, type 1 equipment with methane and coal mine and degree ⅡA, ⅡB factories, the other industrial places with explosive mixture whose temperature groups are T1, T2, T3, T4. Its using temperature is below 150 degree.
